Luis has been my piano tuner for 19 years. From the start, he has been attentive to every detail of action, resonance, and upkeep of the instrument. I had a baby grand Story & Clark for 18 years and Luis made it sound majestic. At one point, he even repaired the piano bench.

Everyone who heard that piano thought it was a much higher-end brand. Recently I purchased a vintage art case Steinway. It was beautiful to look at, but it had issues with the pin block and staying in tune. Upon Luis's advice, I traded that piano for a contemporary Steinway B that is a wonder to behold. The sound is exquisite, especially after being in Luis's skillful hands. When I was at the showroom in NY, Luis was kind enough to answer a Zoom call as I showed him all the intricacies of my choices on video.
